“ This family owned and operated little store will cook a great meal for you. I have been here many times and it's always 5 stars. Tuesday to Friday the buffet is terrific or they will custom make you a sandwich of their smoked meet or fry up a fish sandwich. Don't miss a chance to stop in for homemade jelly, jam, pickled veggies or meet from local fatm butchers, it's all good! ”
“ Quaint store on our way from Pilot Mountain. The store looks awesome and located in a picturesque town. However, there was no eating area and we were to tired to eat in the car. ”
“ We stopped by after hiking up hanging rock which was about 5 miles. We LOVED the stop. We like to cook our own burgers and I’d rate my own at a 7/10. But these were 10/10. Better than any other local place or fast food chain. Could be biased based on our exercise. But we enjoyed it! They also have a very clean store and wonderful products. ”

“ Very good experience. Had lunch which was excellent. The food was well made and delicious. The price was good and the staff was friendly and polite. The store also has excellent local food including sausage, salads , candy, meal and other items. Great place to visit to shop or eat if you’re in the area. The only thing I would recommend is having some picnic tables outside so customers can enjoy the food onsite. Otherwise everything was great ”
